Why we built AutoApplier

Job hunting is one of the most frustrating experiences a person can go through. You are qualified, you have the skills, but the process feels designed to ignore you. You spend hours crafting applications that disappear into automated filters. You send the same CV to 50 companies and hear back from two.

The system is not fair. It rewards people who are good at applying for jobs, not necessarily the best candidates for the job. ATS systems reject qualified people over formatting. Generic CVs get lost in the noise. And tailoring each application manually takes so long that most people give up and send the same thing everywhere.

We built AutoApplier because we believe AI can level this playing field. Not by gaming the system, but by giving every job seeker the same advantage that career coaches and professional CV writers provide -- understanding what a specific role requires and presenting your experience in the most relevant way.

What we do today

Right now, AutoApplier is a CV builder. You tell us about your background, paste a job posting, and our AI creates a tailored CV that highlights the experience that matters for that specific role. It formats everything into a clean, ATS-friendly PDF that you can download and submit immediately.

The tool is free. We are not interested in putting a paywall between people and a better CV. Everyone deserves to present their experience well, regardless of whether they can afford a career coach.

Where we are going

Our bigger vision is to automate the entire application process. We are building an AI agent that does not just write your CV -- it actively searches for jobs that match your profile, evaluates whether they are a good fit, and applies on your behalf when you approve.

Imagine setting your preferences -- industry, location, salary range, role type -- and having an agent work in the background, finding opportunities and sending tailored applications. You focus on preparing for interviews and making decisions. The agent handles the grunt work.

That is the future we are building toward. And we are building it one step at a time, starting with the foundation: a CV that actually represents you well.

• Honesty over hype. We do not promise to guarantee you a job. We promise to help you present yourself better. The rest is up to you and the opportunity.
• Your data is yours. We do not sell your information. We do not share it. We use it only to generate your CVs. You can delete everything at any time.
• Accessible by default. The core tool is free. We will introduce premium features in the future, but the ability to create a tailored CV should never be locked behind a paywall.
• AI as an assistant, not a replacement. You are always in control. The AI generates a draft. You review, edit, and approve. Your CV tells your story -- we just help you tell it more effectively.
